Located in a modern, luscious, gated community the concept for the interiors of the apartment exudes elegance. A unique wall design for the living room in teal, along with a neutral colour palette was introduced as the main concept for the residence. Accents of teal are further introduced in furniture and bedrooms to create seamless interior spaces that embody calm and soothing interiors needed for the resident's lifestyle.

Common Areas

Upon entering the apartment, the residents wanted the feeling of restitution, being away from the daily hustle and bustle. Open living, dining and kitchen areas are designed with accents of teal and gold. Light grey walls and ceilings run throughout the apartment, grey sofas and warm wood furnishings are added to complement them. A unique geometrical shape is used in various forms, wall panelling in the living room, credenza design for the TV and partition wall between the common areas.

Bedrooms

Simple and elegant designs that represent the personality of its occupants are introduced for the bedrooms. Plain wall finishes are complemented by use of patterns and textures through the fabrics. Common geometrical shape used in the living areas is brought to the bedrooms through handles and accessories.
