The aim of this project was to design a new modern residence combined on two plots situated side-by-side. The combined area is 500 sq.m with a 300 sq.m buildable area. This project was completed with a collaboration with The Building Factory.

Locally sourced, eco-friendly furnishings and techniques combined with light and airy interiors with a neutral color palette for finishes complete the look of this modern and chic residence.
